Sesame Seeds Juice/ Ellu juice / Til Juice

Sesame Seeds Juice/ ಯಳ್ಳು ಹಣಿ / तिल Juice
Sesame seeds juice is easy to make and best to be consumed in summer season. This is healthy and tasty too.



Ingredients
  • Sesame seeds 6 tbs ( for two cup juice )
  • Milk ¾ cup
  • Jaggery 3-4 tbs ( you can use sugar )
  • Water ¼ cup / one ice cube
Procedure
  • Blend sesame seeds till it becomes smooth powder
  • Add some water and grind once again.
  • Shift blended sesame seeds into vessel. Now add Jaggery/ sugar, milk and some water/ ice cube (please don't use more water or ice cube) and stir well
  • Your summer season chill drink is ready to taste
