Sesame Seeds Juice/ ಯಳ್ಳು ಹಣಿ / तिल Juice
Sesame seeds juice is easy to make and best to be consumed in summer season. This is healthy and tasty too.

Sesame seeds juice is easy to make and best to be consumed in summer season. This is healthy and tasty too.
Ingredients
- Sesame seeds 6 tbs ( for two cup juice )
- Milk ¾ cup
- Jaggery 3-4 tbs ( you can use sugar )
- Water ¼ cup / one ice cube
Procedure
- Blend sesame seeds till it becomes smooth powder
- Add some water and grind once again.
- Shift blended sesame seeds into vessel. Now add Jaggery/ sugar, milk and some water/ ice cube (please don't use more water or ice cube) and stir well
- Your summer season chill drink is ready to taste
